Pattern Description

A classic circular shawl in meditative lace begins with just a few stitches at the center point and grows according to Elizabeth Zimmermann’s pi shaping principles. Rings of eyelets inspired by ripples in still water make for easy lace knitting, with bands of tranquil stockinette as resting rows throughout. Knit in Loft, this shawl is light and warm when folded to wear about the shoulders; it also makes a handsome bedspread or sofa throw.
